Because this role includes fulfillment services, having your own dependable vehicle is a mandatory requirement.

Role Overview The primary goal is to elevate the customer journey through tailored product guidance, strict adherence to provincial regulations, and seamless day-to-day store maintenance.

Key Duties

- Manage local deliveries and curbside fulfillment (requires a personal vehicle and a valid G-class license).
- Guide patrons through their buying journey by matching products to their specific preferences and experience levels.
- Educate shoppers on product safety and responsible usage.
- Conduct mandatory age verification by checking legal identification according to Ontario regulations.
- Process transactions accurately using internal point-of-sale platforms.
- Handle stock rotation, refresh visual displays, and keep the sales floor organized.
- Maintain a sanitary, organized, and inviting retail space.
- Keep up to date on incoming product shipments, store promotions,



and legal updates.
- Participate in routine inventory counts and back-of-house organization.
- Execute opening/closing checklists and follow established store security rules.
- Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere with fellow team members.

Candidate Qualifications

- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- Valid G-Class driver’s license alongside consistent access to a personal car.
- Completed CannSell certification before the official first day.
- Prior background in customer-facing roles, retail environments, or hospitality fields.
- Functional understanding of various cannabis categories and the Cannabis License Act.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Comfort using digital sales tech, registers, and card processors.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to support a team environment.
