Full-Time Sales Associate – 1-Year Maternity Leave Contract

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our London, Ontario store for a 1-year maternity leave contract.

The Opportunity

If you have a passion for interior design, home furnishings, and helping customers create beautiful spaces, we would love to meet you.

As a member of our sales team, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce them to Hauser’s unique collection of indoor and outdoor furnishings, and help them select products that complement their homes and lifestyles.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing thoughtful design advice, and working in an energetic, sales-focused retail environment.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome and engage customers while providing an exceptional in-store experience

· Learn about customers’ needs, preferences, and spaces to help them find the right products

· Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and design advice

· Prepare quotes and follow up with customers throughout the sales process

· Build strong customer relationships and confidently close sales

· Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment

· Develop a robust knowledge of Hauser’s indoor and outdoor furniture collections

· Work collaboratively with the Hauser team to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

· Is available to work Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 35–38 hours per week

· Has previous retail, sales, furniture, or interior design experience — an asset, but not required
