Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-Time Security Guard in Calgary, Alberta.

Schedule

- FULL-TIME

- MORNING (6:00 AM TO 2:00 PM)

- AFTERNOON (2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM)

- Must be available for weekends as well.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.

- Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.

- Access Control.

- Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.

- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.

- Monitor security cameras.

- Operate security control room equipment.

- Patrolling.

- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.

- Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.

- Report writing.





Qualifications, Required Licence, Or Certification

- Must possess a valid Security Guard License.

- CPR Level C Certified.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional work ethics.

- Must be able to stand for long periods.

- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs site-specific.

- Excellent Customer Service.
