As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities For Security Supervisor

- Lead a team of on-site 20 security guards
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Prepare and review incident, accident, and investigation reports
- Liase with law enforcement, emergency services,



and management when required
- Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions
- Serve as the main point of contanct for security-related concerns
- Monitor attendace, overtime, and staffing levels
- Manage security equipment inventory and maintenance

Qualifications For Security Supervisor

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- WSIB approved first aid certification
- Hold a valid Ontario security license
- Previous leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task through different priorities
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures
