We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position focuses on warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable of performing warehouse duties, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Assist customers with loading their orders safely and efficiently.
- Direct customers to the appropriate pickup area when required.
- Provide courteous and professional service during customer pickups.
- Communicate with team members to ensure customer orders are ready on time.

Warehouse & Inventory
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Unload, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and pallets for shipping or pickup.
- Wrap and secure pallets to ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Operate a pump jack safely to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

Communication & Coordination




- Coordinate with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Notify management of low inventory levels, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed to support daily workflow.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding incoming shipments and order status.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs when required.
- Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory environment is considered an asset.
- Ability to safely operate a pump jack (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
- G2/G License Required.
