In this role, you will support youth in their journey toward independence through skill development and mentoring. You will oversee program operations, focusing on individual assessments, case management, and guiding a team of professionals.

This position calls for solid leadership to provide training and ensure compliance with agency standards while supporting youth facing various challenges.

- Conduct intakes and assessments for youth in the program
- Guide the use of Personal Outcome Measures for support plans




- Supervise staff and provide effective training
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Manage the program's financial responsibilities Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Social Work or related field
- 5+ years of experience in child welfare case management
- Supervisory experience in social service settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
