We are looking for a Functional Analyst in HR Technology (SuccessFactors) reporting to the Team Leader - HR Technology.
The team is primarily composed of SuccessFactors experts and other HR systems who support operational processes, continuous improvements and HR projects, in a global context (all countries).
The SuccessFactors functional analyst is responsible for converting business requirements into technical roadmaps detailing the designs and configurations of the tool(s).
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into transparent and detailed functional specifications.
- Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific needs, using best practices and ensuring consistency in processes and integration with other systems.
- Test and validate configurations and features to ensure that changes meet end-user requirements.
- Support, analyze and resolve functional problems for end users.
- Develop and maintain the necessary documentation on configurations, features, and integrations.
- Collaborating with HR, IT teams and various stakeholders in an international context.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the SuccessFactors platform.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a similar technical discipline;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system.
- Experience with Boomi is an asset
- Problem solving, identification and resolution of technical and functional problems.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in French and English
