Key Responsibilities:



• Initiate continuous improvement actions across Galderma sites • Act as primary QA contact for external suppliers • Lead quality management reviews and set compliance goals • Oversee regulatory documentation and ensure inspection readiness • Resolve critical quality issues and notify management

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline • 8+ years in quality within the pharmaceutical industry • Experience with CMOs and external supplier oversight preferred • Quality management certification is a plus • Strong analytical and communication skills
