Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles quickly and safely
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, or debit transactions accurately
- Conduct product demos for convenience items or promotional displays to upsell and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Handle cashing out customers with proper cash handling procedures while providing excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and monitor the station for hazards or maintenance needs




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform simple merchandising tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
