Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with explicit, courteous communication using excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and common spaces




- Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation as needed

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries and reservations
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality standards to enhance guest experiences
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a lively hotel setting
