Job Purpose:

Lar-Mex Inc. is seeking a dependable and versatile full-time General Labourer to support construction projects and general operations across various job sites. The successful candidate will assist with minor repairs, finishing work, deliveries, site cleanup, and general maintenance tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Complete minor wall and ceiling repairs, including patching and painting.
- Perform caulking, general finishing work, and small repair tasks.
- Assist with small general construction, maintenance, and miscellaneous work as required.
- Support material and equipment deliveries to and from job sites.
- Clean, organize, and prepare construction sites and work areas.
- Load,



unload, move, and handle materials and equipment safely.
- Perform general maintenance and miscellaneous work as assigned.

Qualification and Education:

- Previous experience in general labour, handyman, or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge and safe use of common hand and power tools is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to lift and carry materials, perform physically demanding tasks, and work in outdoor, dusty, noisy, or active construction environments.
- Must be dependable, flexible, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently at various job sites.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $30 and $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. What’s in it for you:
