Summary

TKL Group Inc. Niagara Falls is seeking a General Labourer to join our Precast Production team. This position supports day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires consistency with attendance.

Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:

- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment to designated production areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools to support various production tasks.
- Assist carpenters, concrete finishers, crane operators, and other skilled trades in daily operations.
- Support panel preparation activities such as oiling forms, placing blockouts, and staging materials as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, including debris removal and waste disposal.




- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
- Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and safe-work procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is an asset but not required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for prolonged periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team workplace.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and complete tasks independently when required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety principles and a commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
