Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems management to ensure smooth transactions
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential and maintain attractive product displays
- Manage purchasing, pricing, and inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store traffic
- Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and conduct financial analysis to meet or exceed sales targets




- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management with a track record of leadership success
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and team management
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising tools, pricing strategies, and sales management software
- Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and develop talent through coaching and mentoring
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently
