Description

- Support regulatory supervision and oversight activities across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
- Develop, monitor, and report key risk and supervisory metrics through dashboards and management reporting.
- Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, testing activities, and remediation efforts.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Profile

- FINRA Series 24 and Series 79 registrations, or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit,



controls, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. capital markets regulations and supervisory practices.
- Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and the three lines of defence model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Behavox, JIRA, and Confluence is an asset.
