IAC is a large format print and graphics company serving retail brands, agencies, municipalities, and event producers across Canada. We print, sew, cut, fabricate, and install the physical graphics that turn a space into a brand environment. Recent work includes citywide FIFA look & wayfinding programs, retail rollouts, trade show and event builds, hoarding and site graphics, and architectural wall and window applications.

We are building out our installation division and we are looking for the person who anchors it. This is a role with room to grow into a lead position as the division scales.

Requirements for Application - Applications without this will NOT be considered

- Construction or trades background. Three or more years in general contracting, carpentry, millwork, interiors, glazing, drywall, or a related build trade.
- Tool proficiency. Confident and safe with power tools, laser levels, measuring and layout tools, and standard anchoring hardware.
- Working at Heights certification. Current, or willing to certify immediately. Lift certification is an asset.
- Valid Ontario G licence and clean driver abstract. You will be driving company vehicles to and from sites.
- Site presence. You can be trusted alone in a client environment, in front of store staff, property managers, and general contractors, and represent us well.
- Physical capability. Comfortable with lifting, ladder and lift work, and full days on your feet.
- Schedule flexibility. Some work is early morning, overnight,



or weekend because retail and public spaces cannot always close during business hours.

Overview of roles and responsibilities includes but is not limited to;

- Installing large format graphics in retail, commercial, municipal, and event environments, including wall and window vinyl, SEG fabric frames, rigid substrate panels, banners, and dimensional signage.
- Building and mounting substructure: framing, blocking, backers, standoffs, cleat systems, and anchoring into drywall, block, concrete, steel, glass, and wood.
- Reading and working from shop drawings, site plans, and elevation layouts, then flagging discrepancies before they become change orders.
- Conducting site surveys and pre install measurements, and reporting conditions that will affect the install.
- Operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and working at heights safely and within regulation.
- Removing and remediating existing graphics, including surface prep and minor repair.
- Documenting every job with photos, sign offs, and completion reports before leaving the site.
- Loading, staging, and being accountable for tools, hardware, and product going out on the truck.




- Working directly with the production floor so that what gets built is what actually installs.

What Would Make You Stand Out

- Vinyl application experience, wet or dry, on flat and textured surfaces, including wrapping and 3M or Avery certification.
- SEG frame, modular display, or exhibit install experience.
- Experience running a small crew or managing subtrades on site.
- Familiarity with municipal, retail landlord, or mall site access and permit requirements.
- Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signage.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
