We are Angel Answering Service, an inbound 24-hour call center providing answering and messaging service for a wide variety of clienteles.

This is a part-time position that has the chance to be full-time (after probation). NO SALES CALLS. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed staff with excellent listening and communication skills. We are seeking employees with weekend availability, primarily graveyards (10pm-6am). Morning/dayshift/evening availability is an asset. Paid training is done in-house Tuesday-Thursday 10am-2pm, and Sundays 10am-2pm. Casual environment.

Essential qualities include

- Outstanding customer service skills are a must
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Professional telephone manners
- Team player
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Critical thinking
- Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm)




- Computer literacy is a must (including Microsoft Office)
- Reliable transportation or live around the tri-cities
