What You'll Do

- Prepare and execute dishes according to Shay's recipes and quality standards.
- Cook meats, seafood, and vegetables with precision on our grill.
- Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail during service.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and presented beautifully.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.




- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
- Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding food.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume workplace.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
