We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper/Landscape Labourer to join our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership abilities, ability to work without supervision and passion for landscape maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Duties
- Cut/Trim/Blow grass using different equipment efficiently, safely and in a professional manner.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Drive various pick up & dump body trucks with trailers.
- Operate a Snow Plow efficiently and safely.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with various landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Full G License experienced with trailers
- 4+ years of experience as a Snow Plow Operator in various settings
