Guest Services Attendant First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests". These are full-time, permanent positions, beginning in September, October, November and December 2026 and ending in April and May 2027.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.20.

Job Duties Include Meeting and greeting guests, and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure

Safely parking any valet vehicles

Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner





Knowledgeable about all hotel related information, including promotions, menus, hours of service, facilities, and guest rooms Qualifications A valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required

Class 5 drivers’ license is required
