`Duties` We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

- Perform nightly audits , posting room charges, and reconciling discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

`Experience` To be successful in this role,



you should have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality position. Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is highly desirable.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we often have international guests
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
