Position Overview The role of the Guest Services Representative is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions

- Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- May be required to perform opening or closing duties.
- Assist in the responsible beverage service for guests.




- Perform Lottery Sales and Redemptions.
- Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and respect.
- Inform Supervisor of any concerns.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service.
- Some work with a point of sale system an asset.
- Must be able to work Days, Evenings, Late Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Other Skills/Abilities
- Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.

Working Conditions
- Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.
