About the Role

We are looking for friendly, outgoing team members to help create a magical holiday experience at The Cottage at Uptown, where kids meet Santa and families capture unforgettable moments. As Guest Services staff, you will greet and guide families, assist Santa, and manage photo sessions, all while spreading holiday cheer.

Responsibilities

- Greet families, confirm the booking name, and check all children's names before entry
- Invite families to settle in and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with children and encourage interaction with Santa
- Chat with adults to make them feel included and at ease
- Lead the flow of the visit and transition naturally into photo time
- Take and guide photos




- Provide friendly feedback and confirm they’re happy with the images
- Thank families and wish them a happy holiday

What We are Looking For

- Warm, confident, and great with kids and families
- Transparent communicator with an eye for detail
- Basic comfort with taking photos (professional experience not required)
- Team player with a cheerful, professional attitude
- Punctual and reliable during the holiday season
- Be able to work evenings and weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Pay: $18.25 per hour
