Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to inspire and guide participants of all ages through engaging gymnastics and different activities. In this role, you will create a safe, fun, and motivating environment that encourages skill development, confidence, and a love for physical activity. Your passion for teaching and expertise in gymnastics will help foster a positive experience for every participant, promoting healthy habits and lifelong fitness.

Responsibilities

- Lead dynamic gymnastics classes, demonstrating proper techniques and safety protocols for various skill levels

- Design age-appropriate lesson plans that promote skill progression and confidence building

- Ensure all participants follow safety guidelines during activities, maintaining a secure workplace at all times





- Provide clear instruction and constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills

- Monitor participant progress, documenting achievements and areas for improvement

- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that motivates participants to stay engaged and excited about their fitness journey

Experience

- Previous experience teaching gymnastics or similar physical activity classes is highly preferred

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, teens, and adults of diverse backgrounds

- Knowledge of safety standards related to gymnastics facilities and aquatic environments

- Passion for teaching, with a positive attitude and energetic approach to engaging learners

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
