Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special styling requests.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.




- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and finishing.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales to recommend products that meet client needs while boosting revenue.
- Proficiency in managing front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude to contribute positively to the salon environment.
