Hardware Manager – Flin Flon Branch

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to create visually appealing and engaging product displays that drive sales.
- Managing product placement and promotions, including end caps and seasonal displays, to maximize product visibility and customer interest.
- Working with the Head Office marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, ensuring the Flin Flon branch is aligned with company-wide marketing efforts.
- Overseeing all hardware purchasing and receiving processes, proficiently using Bis Track software.
- Providing excellent customer assistance and efficiently processing sales transactions.
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring the Service Desk team.
- Ensuring all team members are consistently updated on company flyers, new product information, and store procedures.
- Managing daily store opening and or closing operations.

- Availability for a range of shifts including Saturdays and opening and closing shifts is required.
