OnX is looking to engage a Head of Enterprise Delivery for a fully onsite permanent opportunity in Edmonton.

In this role, you will be leading the enterprise delivery functions including portfolio and delivery management, the enterprise Project Management Office, the Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and Enterprise Architecture. The role gives executive leadership explicit, data-informed visibility into delivery health, risk, dependencies, and value, and improves the predictability and accountability of enterprise execution.

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of leadership experience in enterprise delivery, PMO leadership, portfolio management, technology delivery, operational transformation, or enterprise execution leadership roles is required.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives within complex organizational environments is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, portfolio management, prioritization, outcome-based funding, value and benefits realization, execution management, and operational transformation is required.
- Experience establishing enterprise delivery operating models, governance structures, execution standards, and scalable organizational practices is required.
- Proven experience leading PMO, delivery management, and business analysis functions, including establishing a business analysis center of excellence, is required.




- Proven ability to improve organizational execution maturity, governance visibility, accountability structures, and operational alignment is required.
- Experience improving delivery predictability, prioritization discipline, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination is required.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, organizational leadership, and influence capabilities are required.
- Experience operating within evolving environments, organizational transformation initiatives, or high-growth organizations is required.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and operational clarity within environments with fragmented ownership, competing priorities, and evolving processes is required.
- Experience balancing operational execution, governance rigor, organizational change, modernization initiatives, and strategic delivery objectives is required.
- Experience leading or overseeing enterprise architecture and modernization programs is required.
- Financial services, insurance, banking, or other regulated industry experience is considered an asset.
- Proven ability in people leadership and organizational change management to drive a high-performing culture is required.
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
