We will train suitable candidate for level 2 first aid if required We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. Health and safety:

- Safety committee meetings

◦ Agenda, Minutes, reports, Terms of reference. Perform statistic calculations and reports.

- First aid

◦ Maintain level II First aid certificate◦ Documentation to Safety committee and WCB where needed. Employers report of injury and report of return to work. Part of patient return to work process with doctor and WCB.

- Incident investigations

◦ Documentation to Safety committee and WCB

- Training

◦ New employee orientation, WHMIS, Bullying and harassment, shop training lube techs, Undercoat.

- Drafting WCB required policies for management acceptance, maintaining/updating employee handbook, policy manual, updating and printing hard copies for current employees. Collect signed acceptance forms for handbook.

- Maintaining fire safety plan. Schedule yearly fire drills and document.

- Yearly reviews, WCB statistics, reports to safety committee and management

- Contractor clearance verification, contractor orientation where needed.

- Clearance alert

Maintenance

- Daily hoist/crane/lube bay jacks inspection sheets, printing/filing monthly, ensure techs sign at the latest on collection day.

- Monthly hoist inspection. Schedule yearly inspections where needed eg. crane.

- Maintenance report to safety committee

- Monthly building inspection and report to safety committee

- Recycling, oil and antifreeze, tires, used metal, batteries, def fluid and contaminated floor dry.

- Setup and run certification program (6 month) for EV insulated rubber gloves and rescue hook.

- Minor repairs:

◦ hoists (non structural) , building, lighting,



plumbing (1360 log entries w/invoice since 2015). Keep maintenance log for hoists. (Hoist maintenance log 750 entries since 2014)◦ pumping systems for def fluid, w/w fluid and bench tank in lube bay◦ Tire machine, wheel balancer and wheel aligner. Place service calls where needed.

- Major repairs:

◦ Air exchange systems (shop and lube bay) including exhaust fans◦ oil dispensing system in shop, oil room and lube bay◦ Used oil furnace (unit is down at this time, contaminated fuel)◦ QEL exhaust monitoring system, all diagnosis and maintaining sensor data base via computer interface. Assign repairs to instrumentation contractor where code requirements apply, eg yearly calibration◦ Hotsy pressure washers, including diagnostics, required maintenance and repairs as needed. Major repairs, pumps and controls when needed.

Last service call to contractor in GP was in 2018.◦ Air compressors, maintenance and repairs◦ SK3000 hot parts washer, maintenance and repairs. Never had a contractor call for this equipment since 2008.

- Special order parts and equipment, a lot of our equipment is no longer supported and parts have to be obtained from other sources.

- Electrician activity log (insure contractor signs in and out for each service call)

Maintain collection of equipment manuals (in pdf) on server (required by regulationCVIP program:

- Obtain inspection certificates and track/account for these. Prepare log sheets with serial numbers.

- Managing Fort Motors account including inspector sign-up through BCEID and commercial vehicle inspection program.

- Maintain filing of past records (2 years) of all inspections performed. Inspect reports for errors, missing signature etc.

- Display/update certificate posters in service area

- Ordering and cancelling coveralls, shirts and pants.
