Location: Based in Hearst, Ontario, with travel to sites across Northern Ontario

Salary: $40 – $50 based on experience

Schedule: 14/14 rotation, typically 11.5 hour days (subject to change based on operational needs)

In this role, you’ll:

· Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

· Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures

· Identify hazards and ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety standards

· Deliver safety training and communicate clearly with teams and contractors

· Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

What you need to bring:

· 3+ years’ experience in Health & Safety

· Strong knowledge of OH&S; regulations and compliance standards

· Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments independently

Bonus points if you have:





· Experience with safety management software

· Relevant H&S; certification

· Bilingual (English & French)
