Equipment: Paver, Bobcat/Skid Steer, Roller, Excavator, and/or Milling Machine Pay: $32–$42 per hour (based on experience) Description We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our paving and civil crews. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating one or more pieces of equipment while working closely with foremen and crew members to meet production and quality standards.

Experience Required Previous experience operating one or more of the listed machines.

Qualification Requirements

Previous experience operating one or more of the listed machines

Strong understanding of paving and/or civil construction operations

Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions

Strong safety awareness and communication skills

Valid Class 5 driver’s license
