GoHighLevel CRM & Client Success Manager to join our growing beauty and education business.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, automations, and workflows

- Transfer data from our current CRM

- Manage Meta leads and follow up until they book

- Confirm appointments and follow up before and after visits

- Keep client records and booking system updated

- Answer calls, messages, and emails

- Sell our academy programs and services

- Provide excellent customer service

- Assist with LinkedIn, TikTok, and basic marketing (a plus)

Requirements

- GoHighLevel experience is required

- CRM setup and automation experience

- Robust English communication skills

- Sales and customer service experience

- Experience with Meta leads

- Beauty, PMU, medspa, or aesthetic industry experience is a plus
