Overview Lighthouse Christian Academy is growing and seeking to add enthusiastic and mature Christian teachers for the 2026-27 school year. We are an independent Christian school located in Sylvan Lake. We teach the Alberta Program of Studies from a Christian worldview and provide additional Christian programming for students through devotions, Bible class and chapels.

- Willingness and ability to teach different courses as part of a high school team.

Qualifications - Bachelor of Education Degree

- valid Alberta teaching certificate
- CPR/First Aid and CRC preferred




- Experience working with students in an organized setting preferred
- Experience working with ASD students is an asset
- Working well as a team member, having patience, flexibility and love for children, plus enjoying a mature relationship with Jesus are requirements for the successful candidate.
