We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Toronto. Responsibilities

- • Requirements Engineering: Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing complex business and functional requirements using techniques like workshops, interviews, and process modeling.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, managing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.

o Hands-on experience on creating user stories on Jira and documenting requirements on confluence.
- Systems Analysis & Design: Proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions, including process flow diagrams, swim lanes, use cases, and system architecture.
- Stakeholder Management:



Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Soft Skills & Leadership

o Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes and regulatory requirements . o Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams (developers, data engineers) and business stakeholders to validate requirements and logic.

o Mentorship: Experience guiding junior BSAs and fostering knowledge-sharing in cross-functional teams.

- GenAI & Automation:

o Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Cohere, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and their applications in banking (e.g., chatbots, document automation, risk analysis). o Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering, and ethical AI governance frameworks.
- Nice-to-have:
- Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined workflows (e.g., BPMN).
- Industry-Specific Knowledge:

o Messaging & Voice Platforms: Hands-on experience with omnichannel platforms (e.g., customer support bots, IVRs) Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
