Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in-store and on-site to assess renovation projects and recommend suitable products and services
- Manage account details through POS (Point of Sale) systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
- Negotiate project scopes, pricing, and terms to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets
- Upsell additional products or upgrades by identifying customer needs and presenting high-value options effectively
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and promote seasonal or high-end offerings




- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, product demos, and promotional campaigns to attract new customers

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on home improvement or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, and related products; experience in remodeling is highly valued
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and manage inside sales effectively using POS systems
- Basic math skills for estimating costs, measurements, and project calculations
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, merchandising displays, and product demos efficiently
