We're looking for a relationship-focused lending skilled to join our Lambton Quay team. As a Home Ownership Manager, you'll help customers achieve their home ownership goals by delivering tailored lending solutions and exceptional service. You'll build lasting relationships, create new opportunities, and make a meaningful impact in your local community.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and growing a pipeline of home lending opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers, branch teams and referral partners
- Supporting customers with lending solutions, from first-home buyers through to more complex lending needs
- Having meaningful financial conversations and identifying opportunities to add value
- Delivering excellent customer outcomes while effectively managing lending risk

You'll Have

- Home lending experience within the banking or financial services industry
- Solid knowledge of lending products, policies and responsible lending requirements




- A proven ability to build trusted customer relationships
- A proactive approach to generating and converting opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A growth mindset and desire to continually develop your expertise
