We are a primary general contractor that manages renovation projects directly with our customers from initial scope through completion.

Our professional members are assigned designated portions of MEINHAUS projects based on their experience, location, availability and performance.

Projects are distributed through the MEINHAUS Pro App, where qualified members can review available opportunities and apply directly.

MEINHAUS is expanding its professional network and is currently looking for experienced Home Renovators, General Renovation Contractors and Multi-Trade Professionals who want consistent access to well-defined residential renovation projects.

MEINHAUS contracts directly with the customer and manages the overall renovation project.

Our professional members complete specific portions of that work on our behalf.

The process is straightforward

- The project is divided into clearly defined scopes of work.

- Members review the location, photos, scope and compensation before applying.
- Qualified professionals apply for the projects they want.




- MEINHAUS awards the work to the selected member.
- The member completes the assigned scope while MEINHAUS manages the overall customer relationship and project.

Contractor Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Government-issued identification
- Relevant renovation experience
- Photos of previous work
- Proof of liability insurance

- WSIB/WCB where applicable
- Trade licences where required
- Reliable transportation
- Necessary tools and equipment for your trade
- Smartphone access for the MEINHAUS Pro App
