Hospitality Associate (SERVER)

Full-Time or Part-Time:

SEASONAL PART TIME: 24 to 39 hours per week

Hourly Wage Rate:

$23.26 per hour

Anticipated Normal Work Schedule:

The schedule for this position is not fixed. It changes week to week depending on catering events.

Note: This schedule is subject to change. Incumbent may be required to work weekends and evening hours. This schedule may require you to take up to a 1-hour unpaid meal break depending on the schedule.

Summary

Must have experience working in a full-service restaurant.

Must have experience working in a bar.

Must have great customer relations skills and be comfortable working in a fine dining setting.

Must be familiar with a variety of service styles.

Must have experience serving at banquets.

Must have experience doing catering set ups with a flair for table presentation.

Will occasionally be needed to work at other catering locations.

Required to perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower as required.





Must have demonstrated time management skills to meet strict schedule and timelines. Must be able to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Accurately complete daily reports and logs.

Must be able to complete food safety training.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience A minimum of 5 years experience in restaurants is required.

Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
