As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements to optimize .
- Provide menus
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant’s offerings.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering questions as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host area, ensuring a pleasant first impression for guests.
- Clearing Tables





Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing seating arrangements effectively.
- A friendly demeanor and willingness to help others, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
