Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the hotel

- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy

- Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and amenities

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction





- Uphold hotel policies and ensure compliance with safety standards

- Manage guest complaints or issues with patience and effective problem-solving skills

- Time flexibility needed for all shifts.

Experience

- Previous experience in front desk operations within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk software is advantageous

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to speak multiple languages or bilingual fluency is a plus

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities

- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service best practices

Pay: $17.60-$18.43 per hour
