Duties

- Prepare food items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders and payments with precision
- Assist customers at the counter or drive-thru, providing friendly and prompt service to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing at the end of shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations




- Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing helpful recommendations to customers

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but not mandatory
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to manage transactions confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Restaurant or food industry experience helps in understanding fast-paced service environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for creating memorable guest experiences
