Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/House person/Laundry attendant professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and custodial services, particularly within the hospitality or hotel sectors.

Responsibilities

- Clean rooms according to our Hotel standards
- Change sheets, make beds.
- Clean, disinfect bathrooms & kitchens
- Sweep, vacuum & mop floors
- Dust, polish furniture & fixtures
- Distribute clean towels, toiletries, amenities
- Wash windows, wipe down patio furniture, sweep or mop patio area
- Handle and report lost items to office
- Occasionally help stock housekeeping closets for turnovers
- Reports any maintenance issues to the manager
- Check under bed, drawers, and closet for left behind articles and or trash
- Cleans sinks and fixtures and restock all, soap, glasses,



coffee and other amenities
- Clean coffee pots when needed
- Arrange furniture following use by guests
- Perform Laundry tasks when necessary, including collecting, sort, transport laundry at the beginning of each shift
- Remove laundry dryers and fold immediately to prevent wrinkling
- Stock linen supply room with clean linens for use for next day.

Qualifications

- 20-40 hrs per week. Openness to working additional hours.
- Prior experience working in a Hotel is desired, however its not a must.
- To be able to work in a fast paced busy hotel.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate diverse shifts, evenings and weekends.
