As a Housekeeper you will play a pivotal role in ensuring housekeeping service excellence, maintaining a clean workplace, and creating a warm living experience for our cherished residents. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Site Cleanliness

- Ensure policies, safe work practices and safe job procedures are adhered to
- Hygiene and disease control procedures are adhered to, eliminating cross contamination.
- Ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained for residents, personnel and visitors.
- Clean common areas, washrooms and residents rooms as per schedule.
- Checklists for each room are completed including date, duties completed and initials as per cleaning schedule.

Laundry Services

- Maintain resident clothing in accordance to policy and government standards.
- Ensure laundry and linen services adhere to proper cleaning, hygiene and disease control procedures.
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean and well-maintained linens.

Safety & Security





- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, personnel and visitors while performing housekeeping duties.
- Be aware of your responsibilities of the Lodge Emergency Plan and Safety Procedures
- Report any workplace injuries promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong English speaking, comprehension, reading and writing is mandatory.
- First Aid certification (we can get you trained)
- WHMIS certification (we can get you trained)
