Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies

- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency

- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and team members

- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of service





- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to support smooth daily operations

Skills

- Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols

- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects for extended periods

- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is preferred

- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance

- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and respond courteously to guest inquiries

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
