Housekeeping

Attendants may be assigned to guest rooms, public areas, or the laundry operation based on the needs of the hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in your attention to detail, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces following established protocols.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Sort, collect, transport, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items as assigned.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and follow established procedures for handling and processing linens.
- Inspect clean linens and towels for cleanliness, condition, and quality, and report damaged or stained items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, housekeeping areas, and equipment.
- Handle waste disposal and ensure all areas are free of clutter and debris.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or equipment concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and laundry products responsibly to protect yourself and others.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned based on operational requirements.

Requirements
- Previous custodial, housekeeping, laundry, or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals and laundry products responsibly.
- Flexibility to work in guest rooms, public areas, laundry, or other housekeeping assignments as operational needs require.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.24 per hour
