Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or similar environments such as hotels or resorts.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is highly desirable.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.
