Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow established procedures for handling laundry, trash disposal, and restocking amenities efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to uphold the property’s standards.
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests by responding promptly to their requests and inquiries.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
