Job Summary HR Coordinator – Regina, SK. Serve as the primary HR contact and support Human Resources operations across the company.
Responsibilities - Provide support for Kronos and Workday data entry.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administration questions and payroll concerns.
- Act as the Workday and Kronos superuser, supporting business units with training, reporting, process improvement, data integrity, and employee data changes.
- Run Workday and Kronos reports on HR business metrics to support decision‑making.
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes to enable the organization to respond to changing priorities.
- Administer Leave of Absence processes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of HR legal requirements related to day‑to‑day operations, reduce legal risks, and assist with regulatory compliance.
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Complete ad hoc research and special projects as needed.
Requirements - 2–3 years of Human Resources administrative experience (required).
- Kronos and Workday HCM experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and flexible problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Regina.
