The Opportunity Tetra Tech is adding an HR Operations Administrator to our Human Resources team based in Edmonton, AB .

Your Role

- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring exceptional data quality and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary administrator for employee documentation, including preparing and distributing offer letters and employment verification letters.
- Update employee files in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and administer routine HR processes while ensuring deadlines, documentation,



and service standards are consistently met.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Executive Administration, or other confidential administrative functions is an asset.
- An Administrative Professional Certificate, Office Administration Diploma, Business Administration Diploma, Human Resources Administration Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience is an asset.
- Experience with Taleo and Oracle systems is an asset.
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
