At Go Time Energy Services, safety isn't just a department—it's part of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor who is passionate about building solid safety cultures, supporting field operations, and continuously improving our Health, Safety & Environment program.

- Developing, maintaining, and improving our HSE Management System
- Ensuring compliance with Alberta OHS legislation, COR standards, and client requirements
- Managing WCB claims and return-to-work programs
- Leading incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coordinating safety training, onboarding, and competency tracking
- Conducting field visits, coaching employees,



and promoting a positive safety culture
- Supporting COR audits and contractor compliance programs such as ISNetworld and Avetta
- Monitoring safety performance metrics and reporting to leadership
- Working closely with operations to develop practical, realistic safety procedures that support the way our crews actually work

Experience

- NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer)
- H2S Alive
- First Aid Level C
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction, energy services, or oilfield operations
- Strong understanding of Alberta OHS legislation and COR requirements
- Experience developing and implementing safety programs
- Experience managing WCB claims and return-to-work program

Assets

- CRSP designation
- COR Internal Auditor Certification
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, BIS Trainer, Aimsio, or SharePoint
- Field experience in drilling or energy services

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
