The role

We're looking for a Red Seal HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician who enjoys the full range of our trade (residential HVAC, commercial HVAC, and commercial refrigeration) and takes real pride in doing the job right.

Who we're looking for A well-rounded tech who can move between residential heat pumps, commercial HVAC, and commercial refrigeration. You might be stronger in some of those than others, and that's fine. We invest in our people and will help you round out any gaps. What we can't teach is character. The person we're after lifts up the people around them, does what they say they'll do, treats customers like they matter, and takes pride in a 5-star job.

What you'll do

- Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC, commercial HVAC, and commercial refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and see repairs through to a proper fix
- Perform preventative maintenance that keeps our clients' equipment running at its best
- Handle refrigerants safely and in full compliance with regulations
- Flare, braze/weld, and pipe systems as the job requires
- Keep clear, accurate records of your work
- Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps our 5-star reputation growing

What you bring
- Red Seal certification in HVAC/Refrigeration (required)
- Hands-on experience across residential HVAC, commercial HVAC, and commercial refrigeration
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You find the real cause, not just the symptom
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Comfort working independently and as part of a strong team
- A valid BC driver's license and clean driving record
- An open,
