Commissionaires NB&PEI; Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member in Moncton, NB to work in our Regional Office as an Identification Technician.

Requirements- The ability to communicate in both official languages (French/English) is essential

Hours- Full time, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay- $20.00 per hour

Benefits- Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits, Life Insurance and AD&D; plans The Role- The Identification Technician will be responsible to organize and coordinate bookings for Identification Services and perform CPIC, digital fingerprinting and other related identification services/ tasks in our Moncton, NB Regional Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Point person for all identification services
- Organize and schedule appointments Support clients with identification questions and needs
- Perform criminal record checks, digital fingerprint and, as required, ink and roll fingerprints
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Reconcile daily sales and complete related reports
- Perform review and analysis of ident/report as required




- Coordinate with Head Office for all ident equipment

Requirements:

- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is essential
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be able to obtain Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance
